Quality Control
Once all the components have passed dimensional and magnetic particle inspection, they are assembled, checked for running clearances, dipped in a rust preventative, wrapped in moisture resistant wrap, and boxed for shipment. Throughout these steps of production and packaging, thorough quality control procedures are implemented to ensure our customers receive faultless products.

Our company is ISO 9001 certified, which means that we have implemented process controls, in-process inspections, and processes for the tracking of material and heat treatment certifications.
High Quality Equipment and Machinery
These methods of quality assurance are made possible through our use of state-of-the-art equipment, such as the extensive software we use to track gage calibration. BSC has multiple coordinate measuring machines with a measuring accuracy to 0.00005. Located in a temperature controlled room, this equipment is used for all in-process and final inspections of dimensions, roundness, concentricity, and taper. All material certificates are filed in accordance with ISO requirements for future tracking and cross-referencing.
