Quality Commitment

BEARING SERVICE COMPANY has made major strides in quality improvements. Our company is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We have implemented improved process controls, in-process inspections, extensive software to track our gauge calibration program and tracking of material and heat treat certifications. We have also purchased a coordinate measuring machine (measuring accuracy of 0.00005″) that is situated in a temperature-controlled room, for all in-process and final inspections of dimensions, roundness, concentricity, and taper. Color graphics are available on all critical dimensions and can be viewed in the job file.

BSC has an open door policy. Any customer is welcome to visit our manufacturing facility to witness our first-class manufacturing and re-manufacturing operation. BSC also provides technical assistance with related issues, and the customer has access to direct communication with the technical shop personnel for status on re-grind and new manufactured products.

Manufactured Products

Our goal is to be your premier source for all bearings: ball, cylindrical, radial, thrust, and standard bearings for interchange with other makes, and specials where standard designs won’t do. We also manufacture miscellaneous parts, such as hardened and ground sleeves, guide rollers, and cylindrical parts. We tailor-make ball and roller bearings to suit your individual requirements. We have the capacity to machine and grind.
